For years, I THOUGHT i WAS HELPING WOMEN CARE only FOr THEIR HAIR.

Then I realized something.

I couldn't stop noticing the same conversation.

Different women.

Different lives.

Different symptoms.

But the same question:

"Why don't I feel like myself anymore?"

The women sitting in my chair were carrying more than hair concerns.... between foils and haircuts, they talked about:

- Exhaustion

- Anxiety

- Inflammation

- Confidence

- Relationships

-Feeling unlike themselves.

The more I listened, the more I noticed the same question hiding underneath every conversation:

"I know something feels off... I just don't know why."

That question stayed with me long after my clients left the salon.

It eventually led me beyond the chair. Not because I wanted more certifications.

Because I wanted better answers. That question led me to earn a bachelor's degree in kinesiology with a pre-dietetics foundation, complete advanced functional nutrition training through the Institute of Restorative Health, and receive specialized training in GI-MAP, MRT, and comprehensive blood chemistry analysis.

Every step began with the same question:

"What are we missing?"

Movement brings me joy — even when I’m not the best at it.

I love being active. Biking clears my mind, and any chance I get to move, I’m in — even if the skill isn’t always there. For me, it’s about connection, laughter, and keeping the body moving in ways that feel good.

I always have a book on my nightstand.

I gravitate toward stories that are uplifting, clean, and heartfelt — usually with a touch of romance. Winding down with a cozy novel—preferably one by Traci Hunter Abramson or something sweet, romantic, adventurous, research, and drama-free. Fantasy, gore, and smut? Hard pass.

My home is filled with people, plants, and purpose.

I love hosting. There’s something special about gathering friends or family around a table, sharing a slow evening, good conversation, and a nourishing meal. And while I may not have the greenest thumb, I’m doing my best to bring life to every space — one plant at a time.

Wellness isn’t just my job—it’s my joy.

I’m endlessly fascinated by the human body and love learning anything health-related. I’ve always been drawn to how the body works — not just its structure, but its signals, rhythms, and ability to heal when given the right support. I believe health is about more than doing what’s trendy — it’s about listening, testing, and learning what your body is truly asking for. That’s the work I love most.

Clarity Begins with Listening—Then Testing.

Do you ever feel scared to use the bathroom, especially in a new stituation? You might say things like: “My digestion isn’t terrible… but it’s definitely not normal.”

Maybe embarrassment has gone on too long or you're starting to feel more than an occasional side effect.

That's often where we begin.

The GI-MAP Stool Test is helpful for people dealing with symptoms that don’t always have clear answers—like bloating, constipation, irregular digestion, skin flare-ups, or feeling like your body just isn’t functioning the way it should.

Maybe you’ve tried elimination diets, cut out countless foods, or feel anxious around eating because you never know how your body will respond.

The MRT (Mediator Release Test) is a blood test that measures delayed food and chemical sensitivities by assessing your body’s inflammatory response. It looks at how your white blood cells react when exposed to certain foods and additives, helping identify which items may be contributing to your ongoing symptoms.
