Creating lived-in looks with blonding, extensions, and haircuts, but over time I realized the women sitting in my chair were often carrying more than hair concerns. Many were exhausted, inflamed, anxious, struggling with symptoms they couldn’t fully explain—and honestly, so was I.
Years of stress, pushing through burnout, and constantly trying to “do everything right” left me feeling disconnected from myself. As I moved through school in kinesiology, pre-dietetics, functional nutrition, and advanced lab training, I began using tools like GI-MAP, MRT, blood labs, and energy work to better understand what was happening beneath the surface. For the first time, I found real answers, real relief, and hope as my own symptoms slowly began to clear.
Sanctuary Wellness came from that experience. A space where health, hair, and healing could exist together without pressure, trends, or quick fixes. Today, I blend functional wellness with luxury hair to help women feel more like themselves again—healthy, confident, and cared for from the inside out. My goal has never been perfection. It’s to create a calm, thoughtful experience that feels like a reset in a world that constantly asks us to move faster.

I love being active. Biking clears my mind, and any chance I get to move, I’m in — even if the skill isn’t always there. For me, it’s about connection, laughter, and keeping the body moving in ways that feel good.
I gravitate toward stories that are uplifting, clean, and heartfelt — usually with a touch of romance. Winding down with a cozy novel—preferably one by Traci Hunter Abramson or something sweet, romantic, adventuerous and drama-free. Fantasy, gore, and smut? Hard pass.
I love hosting. There’s something special about gathering friends or family around a table, sharing a slow evening, good conversation, and a nourishing meal. And while I may not have the greenest thumb, I’m doing my best to bring life to every space — one plant at a time.
I’m endlessly fascinated by the human body and love learning anything health-related. I’ve always been drawn to how the body works — not just its structure, but its signals, rhythms, and ability to heal when given the right support. I believe health is about more than doing what’s trendy — it’s about listening, testing, and learning what your body is truly asking for. That’s the work I love most.
RWS Comprehensive Blood Panel
A blood draw measures key biomarkers related to inflammation, nutrient status, thyroid function, blood sugar regulation, immune health, and overall organ function. It helps uncover patterns and imbalances that may be contributing to symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, inflammation, low energy, or feeling “off” even when everything looks normal on the surface.
You might say things like:
— “I feel inflamed, puffy, or anxious for no reason—what’s actually going on in my body?
— “My energy is unpredictable. Some days I’m fine, others I crash hard.”
— “I know something feels off, but I can’t figure out what.”

GI-MAP Stool Test
The GI-MAP is a comprehensive stool test that uses DNA-based technology to assess the gut microbiome and key markers of digestive health. It looks deeper at things like gut bacteria, inflammation, pathogens, parasites, yeast overgrowth, immune function, and how well your body is breaking down and absorbing food.
This test is helpful for people dealing with symptoms that don’t always have clear answers—like bloating, irregular digestion, skin flare-ups, fatigue, anxiety, hormone imbalances, inflammation, or feeling like your body just isn’t functioning the way it should.
You might say things like:
— “My digestion isn’t terrible… but it’s definitely not normal.”
— “I feel like my symptoms are always changing.”
— “I’m doing everything right, so why do I still feel this way?”
— “I just want to feel consistent, energized, and like myself again.”

MRT Food Sensitivity Test
The MRT (Mediator Release Test) is a blood test that measures delayed food and chemical sensitivities by assessing your body’s inflammatory response. It looks at how your white blood cells react when exposed to certain foods and additives, helping identify which items may be contributing to inflammation, bloating, headaches, skin flare-ups, fatigue, digestive discomfort, or other ongoing symptoms.
Maybe you’ve tried elimination diets, cut out countless foods, or feel anxious around eating because you never know how your body will respond. Instead of more restriction and guessing, MRT provides personalized data to help calm inflammation and create clarity around what may actually be triggering your symptoms.
You might say things like:
-“I’ve cut out so much… and still don’t feel better.”
-“I’m afraid to eat because I never know how I’ll feel after.”
