Initial Health Consultation
(Virtual or in-person. Required before entering any health program.)
This 60-minute consultation is the first step toward truly understanding your body. After completing detailed intake forms, we’ll meet to review your health history, symptom patterns, and lifestyle in depth. You’ll receive initial insight into how your symptoms may be connected, and we’ll discuss whether my approach is aligned with your needs.
If we're a good fit, you'll be invited into one of my comprehensive 4, or 6 -month wellness programs. These packages are intentionally structured to restore the body's foundational systems through lab testing, functional protocols, and strategic support. This is not a sales pitch—it’s an honest look at what’s happening in your body and whether my approach is aligned with your goals.
This session is required before accessing any further testing, support, or long-term care.
What’s Included:

Eligibility review for 4 or 6 -month care plans
What Happens Next:
If accepted into care, you'll be guided into either the 4- month ($2,800), 6-month ($4,200) or 6-month + Bonus ($5,000) structured Back to Balance Protocol.
These programs include GI-MAP and MRT testing, weekly support sessions (3 per month)
Clients are required to schedule 3 sessions per month. Missed sessions do not roll over, to maintain structure and availability.
Additional Labs + Ongoing Support
The following are only available after completing the 4-month program and foundational gut + blood lab work:
Hormone Panel – $489
Mold Panel – $527
Autoimmune Panel – $246
Cost of these labs are separate and an additional cost to a 6 month program.
Once you've completed your full program, you'll be eligible for:
Ala Carte Support – $200/month (Month-to-month assistance as needed)
Annual Maintenance Package – $1,500 (Includes once-a-year blood labs + strategic support)
This work is layered, and intentionally designed. Ongoing labs, maintenance, and advanced testing are only made available after we've done the foundational work—because real healing takes structure, clarity, and time.
