Builds on your foundation with advanced blood chemistry interpretation, lifestyle education, movement, and continued personalized guidance, and monthly coaching (3 per month). Designed to help you confidently understand your body for years to come.

The following are only available after completing the 6-month program and foundational gut + blood lab work:
Many women choose to continue receiving support after completing their program. Once you've completed your full program, you'll be eligible for:

Cost of these labs are separate and an additional cost to any program.
This work is layered, and intentionally designed. Ongoing labs, maintenance, and advanced testing are only made available after we've done the foundational work—because real healing takes structure, clarity, and time.

Before we meet, you'll complete a detailed health questionnaire so I can begin understanding your symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and goals.
During our 60-minute consultation, we'll discuss: Your biggest health concerns and symptom patterns. Possible connections between your symptoms. Whether functional lab testing may be appropriate
How my educational, lab-guided approach works. The next steps that make the most sense for your situation. My goal isn't to overwhelm you with information. It's to help you leave with greater clarity than when you arrived.
